This Equip by T&S 5F-8DWX12 deck mounted faucet is the perfect solution when you need a reliable water fixture in your facility. It boasts a set of 8″ adjustable centers and a 12 1/8″ swing spout, while the included 5.27 GPM laminar flow device regulates the water flow without adding air to the water. This reduces contamination of the water and makes this faucet ideal for healthcare applications. For easy installation, the faucet includes 2″ flanges with 1/2″ NPT female inlets, as well as a supply nipple kit. Additionally, this faucet is engineered for maximum durability and uses Cerama cartridges to adjust the temperature and flow rate. These cartridges contain ceramic discs that form a long-lasting water tight seal. When the wrist handles of this faucet are turned, the discs spin to allow water to pass through. T&S cartridges are designed with efficiency and convenience in mind, allowing you to swap out one piece in the event of a leak, instead of replacing multiple moving parts.
